Thinking about therapy can be scary.  Maybe this is your first time looking a therapist and you are not sure what it will be like to talk about your problems with me.  Or maybe you’ve been around and seen a few therapists but it hasn’t helped.

I work dynamically to help you become more aware of your experience in session and in your life.  I am a gestalt therapist which is a present-oriented therapy that helps you become aware of what you are doing and what you are meeting with in life, and from that to experiment with different possibilities.  It is an exciting therapy that is creative, supportive and challenging.  It is my pleasure to help the people I work with grow into what they were meant to be.
