Two Summer DBT Groups Forming Now!

DBT SKILLS GROUP: DBT is an evidence-based approach that helps people with improve their relationships, self-esteem, and functioning.  Monday night group is forming now, $60 per session.  To qualify for the group you must be in individual therapy and be interested in learning and practicing DBT skills of mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation.

DBT SKILLS FOR PARENTS, PARTNERS AND FRIENDS:  our next group is forming now!  Online therapy and support group for people with loved ones who struggle with mental health, including bipolar, borderline, depression, anxiety and trauma.  Getting along with  your loved one while asserting your needs is fundamental to building healthy relationships and in this group we use the DBT skills model to help facilitate better communication and healthier relationships.
